Free Geek's employees are eligible to participate in a retirement plan.
Free Geek's old retirement plan was a 403(b) plan. Our investment committee determined that the plan was not suitable for our needs. We will be establishing a Simple IRA for employees moving forward from January 1, 2011.
For employees and former employees who still have money in the old 403(b) plan, we provide these two forms for your convenience:
- To rollover money from the 403(b) plan use this form.
- To receive a cash disbursement from the 403(b) plan use this form. (This may involve a substantial penalty for people under retirement age.)
These forms need to be signed by the plan administrator (Richard Seymour).
