PURPLE Chart

This is a graph with borders and nodes. Maybe there is an Imagemap used so the nodes may be linking to some Pages.

Multi Core Systems

If one of these things is true, it's a Multi Core system:

  • The BIOS or label says "Core 2", "Core i3/i5/i7", "Pentium D"
  • The BIOS or label says "X2", "Phenom"
  • The BIOS indicates that it's "dual core", "quad core", or "multi-core".

Problematic Models List

(These systems tend to have problems that make it less useful to spend time on if they are borderline cases based on speed and processor power.)

  • Sony Vaio
  • eMachine
  • Compaq
  • HP
