- My experience with this company has been below expectations, especially since they are among the most expensive orgs selling this type of product. They use cumbersome, innaccurate, and insecure ordering forms (in .doc format). They are slow to provide information. All info I've gotten has required multiple emails. Update: They never sent confirmation email, tracking information, etc. We never received an itemized receipt, either electronically or with shipping. 10 tshirts were water damaged on the inside of the box, though not the outside, which seems to indicate that box was open when it got wet. The company did not offer to provide compensation for shipping back the damaged product (though they did offer to replace shirts). Order is only about 80% accurate versus the order form we sent them. 132 of 145 shirts actually delivered as per Laurel's count. All of the most expensive t-shirts were excluded from the order (that is, the organic ones). The shirts have a highly variable build quality. A couple are polyester blends. - How much for a two color graphic, approx 6 inches in diameter

- How fast is turnaround on the amount (usually about 150 tshirts)

- What file format do they require for graphics (important! we use linux so this can be trickier)

Logo Considerations
