Link Needed?

Hmmm...

We could link to a list that isn't publicly archived. Or we could forward minutes from the staff list to the minutes list (which didn't exist at the time of this policy). But that forwarded message would have a later date stamped on it, which might add to some confusion.

What should we do in this kind of situation?

There may be too many "Link needed" to lists that are not publicly archived that forwarding the messages may be a lot of work. Personally, I don't care if I can get to the list where the policy was documented oh so long ago. The link, for me, would affirm that staff could go back to the original, or that the original does exist as written on the policy page. Matteo 12:09, 24 October 2006 (PDT)
