People doing the cleanup may not be the same who did the setup. Some volunteers (esp non freegeek) have little knowledge of where stuff goes, or what rooms are supposed to look like when they are done.

an approximate layout of tables and other large items would help. Making the geek functional the next day is the highest priority, and we have meetings every we are open and often have events and volunteer sessions on our days off so there is good reason (particularly if you are chaparoning) to know the goings on.

perhaps someone with keen drafting (or even ascii?) skills can show us what it is supposed to look like?
