Talk:Exchange Policy Wording

The intent of having a record of prior versions of the exchange policy, as well as system warranties, etc. is a good one. But this is messy. I'd like to put together a page detailing all *current* agreements that involve the store, meaning any warranties or receipt language that has a remote chance of being referred to. There should be another place to hold past versions (beyond just using the history page?), making it easy to reference what version was official, and for what periods. Perhaps starting to use version numbers, or rev. dates would be useful. Tweaking language can mean there are a few "live" versions of a doc out in the world, and it has to be 'easily' findable by people who need to know (store, f.d., tech support, ombudsgeeks).
