General Goals
Vet the organization to make sure
- They are a non-profit and have a tax idea or are umbrella-ed by an org that does have one.
- Ask what their mission is
- Get contact info
Testimonials
If the group has received a grant in the past, try to get a testimonial and/or feedback as part of the app.
Bread & Butter Items
What are they asking for that fits squarely into our granting program?
- Desktop systems
- Peripherals
- Network Devices
- Printers/Scanners/Fax machine
- Abundant PC parts
- Older Macs
Specialty Items
Requests for any of the following would generate specific follow-up questions asking for a demonstration of need.
- Laptops
- LCDs
- Fancy Macs
- Anything else that falls outside of B&B items
