Most of this page is no obsolete. The 8.04 instructions are now invalid as Adobe does not list an 8.04 installation on their site, only a general Ubuntu install via apt. This can also be found via apt-get and the software center. I would recommend this page either be merged with the [Multimedia_and_DVDs_in_Ubuntu] page as a footnote/random chance encounter with an 8.04 holdout or removed entirely.
