We should remove the GFDL license to simplify our license statements. The whole wiki is covered under the Creative Commons (Attribution-Share Alike) license, and this is the only page (I think) that has a different (potentially confusing) license as well.
Unless there's a specific reason to use GFDL in addition to Creative Commons (Attribution-Share Alike) we should just remove the GFDL mention.
If there is a specific reason to use the GFDL, we should say what it is and figure out if the two licenses conflict.
