Regarding the fact that the "possible recommendations" do not give us enough of a savings in the short term, would it help to have a 10% pay cut for just March and April and then push it back to 5% (or less) in May when the other measures would kick in? MW 19:40, 2 Mar 2005 (PST)

It would help, but I don't think I can afford it. Between the 5% pay cut, having to come up with $279 before April 15 for taxes, and having more taxes withheld so this isn't repeated next year, I'm stretched pretty tight already. rfs 08:33, 3 Mar 2005 (PST)
