development vs. fundraising
I am changing "fundraising" to "development" because what we need is someone with the higher-level experience of making strategic plans to develop a donor base... a major weakness of ours. --Ideath 15:14, 22 July 2011 (UTC)
simplifying bullet points
I removed these two points:
*Assist in the development of alternative sources of income *Plan donor appreciation events
because i felt like the first would be encapsulated within the development plan, and the second would be a potential element of a development plan, but might not be deemed appropriate right away (this is why we need someone with development experience to help us prioritize our projects). I hope this makes sense. --Ideath 19:22, 4 August 2011 (UTC)
