This document is based on the collective level expectations document. Some items were altered, and some deleted. Here's the differences as of the time of this writing:

Communicates effectively (i.e. specific communication with other staff/core concerning needs of his/her area, giving and receiving constructive criticism, communicating directly to solve conflict, offering a safe space to communicate if issues arise.)

The following points were in the collective level expectations document but were not in the NPA doc:
