Board asked for a draft order to approve or tweak. So here's my (~~) start of a draft:
Skills
- Facilitation/process (in light of increased demand due to THM, greater formality and larger board)
- HR/Employment
- Outreach/community relations (we need to start working our good name)
- Legal (the position of this depends on Anne's opinion)
- Financial (the position of this depends on Sayer's opinion)

- Grant recipients (have not previously been represented, but are a major recipient of our services and i expect that to continue growing)
- Volunteers (adoption and beginner build) (maybe two seats?)
