Board asked for a draft order to approve or tweak. So here's my (~~) start of a draft:

Skills

  1. Facilitation/process (in light of increased demand due to THM, greater formality and larger board)
  2. HR/Employment
  3. Outreach/community relations (we need to start working our good name)
  4. Legal (the position of this depends on Anne's opinion)
  5. Financial (the position of this depends on Sayer's opinion)
  6. Fund raising

Clients

  1. Grant recipients (have not previously been represented, but are a major recipient of our services and i expect that to continue growing)
  2. Volunteers (adoption and beginner build) (maybe two seats?)
  3. Donors
  4. Students
  5. Store customers

Interests

  1. Education
  2. Environmental
  3. Social empowerment
  4. Free/Open Source Software
  5. Third sector (other nonprofits)
  6. Community organizing
