Interns, Exploratory, etc.
Let's abolish the use of "Exploratory Intern". An intern is someone who is gaining experience (learning) about something:
- Intern
- A person working as an apprentice to gain experience in an occupation; sometimes the position is paid a salary, other times it is not; as, a white house intern; an intern in a law firm.
Our exploratory positions are about developing the idea of a position or program and seeing what works. Not an intern.
Let's also stop using the phrase "job experience intern", since it's redundant.
