I'd like to combine this with wording explaining the hardware warrenty (especially its limits regarding other OSs). Also should include hours, phone #, etc. Also, I think it should focus more on what we offer, not so much the limitations. It's a pretty sweet deal, and we should phrase it as such. Tonyc
