• prepare Info Booth materials (stickers, brochures, etc.)
• soundtrack for Smashtacular

Day Before

• street signs covered by "no parking tomorrow" bags
• empty out meeting room, vacuum, & position bar
• general cleanup
• pathway to bathroom
• clear out classroom for LAN party
• put all Info Booth items in one place
• prep food for bar (i.e. cut cheese, make platters, etc.)

Saturday, August 23rd

Set Up

• FG tents
• signage placement
• stage
• PA & sound check
• barricades
• BAR

• kegs on ice

• water for info booth
• tables & chairs outside

Clean Up

• FG tents
• signs come inside
• meeting room set back up (vacuum!)
