The primary issue is that things change so fast there is just not a reasonable way of keeping everyone (even me) up to date on what we want/don't want. Flow charts of where things go? This sound complicated, and I just don't think we have enough wall space... Like, in the entire building.
 
My current goal is an inclusive wiki page where you can find the information for anything we could possibly want to know. I am convinced it's not impossible.
