Free Geek prioritizes reuse over recycling, which is good; reuse costs less in terms of energy, labor and other resources than does recycling. Because of this, sometimes it is difficult to explain that not everything can be saved and that recycling is just as vital to the flow of Free Geek as are any reuse-oriented programs.
