Hi, my name is Michael McCall. I'm currently a builder, and an adoption teacher. I'll be spending time around Free Geek on Thursdays and Satudays if you need to find me.
I'm still trying to get my samba server to work. Anybody know what port I need to point my browser?

Samba (SMB)
Samba doesn't use http, so you should be able to access it without knowing the port, either by going to
\\servername\
or smb://servername/
(depending on platform, and various such)
What program would I use to do that? I tried Mozilla Firefox on smb://localhost/, but it came up with nothing. Should I try Konqurer?
