possible new wording
Vehicles owned by Free Geek Shall only be used for Free Geek business, vehicle maintenance, and new driver training. Only Collective members are aloud operate Free Geek owed vehicles. All drivers need to be trained by Free Geek before driving Free Geek vehicle's, there will be a list of people who are trained as drivers.
This policy does not pertain to Free Geek Owned Fork lifts.
Free Geek business is "the pickup of donations and supplies, drop off of commodities (i.e, steal, wire), and outreach events."
If a situation arises that warrants the use of a Vehicle owned by Free Geek (i.e, life and death situation) three collective members must approve this use, one being the driver.
All Vehicles owned by Free Geek Must keep a up to date log of activity. This log must include trips taken (milage, drivers and passengers) gas purchase (Millage, Driver) , and Maintenance.
