  • 2 cans of a "cream of" soup
  • a protein substance like tofu, chicken, or tuna
  • a bunch of noodles
  • veggies

  • Can opener
  • BIG bowl to put things in
  • Stirring spoon

Cook up your veggies (broccoli, onions, carrots, cauliflower, etc) after chopping them into bite sized or smaller pieces. Cube your protein unless it's already flaked. Cook up your noodles (sorry, I don't know how much... appropriate to the amount of veggies and bowl size... I usually cook as many noodles as my 2qt pan can do). Put protein, veggies and noodles in the big bowl. Open the soup cans and pour them over. Stir everything until well mixed. You COULD bake it to make an official casserole, but it's just as good without the extra step. You can sprinkle some cracker crumbs on top of it floats your boat. Very versatile recipe and great bachlor cooking.
