There needs to be a clear distinction made between principles that are officially adopted and those that are just talk, such as the entire section about "annotated" principles, which have never been approved. I suggest an unlocked page to contain the annotated principles, linked to from the actual principles approved by council. Can't do it myself, since I'm not an admin. [[User:Tonyc|Tonyc]]

: The current wording is reflecting the US only.  I'm not sure if only changing it to domestic would be correct. I bring up this up because having a Free Geek in Canada is not inprobable.
