OK, i'm thinking about this and i'm not sure how to go about this 'sketching' i said i'd do.

* Do we include things like what we think an open hiring process is and how we decide how open to make the process? Sticky.

* Do we want to have a page on different types of jobs (unpaid intern, paid by another organization intern, contractor, regular intern, exploratory intern, collective member) so we can make it clear which parts of the policy apply to which?
