This is also known as "The Best Salad in the World".
- 2 large tomatoes (or the equivalent)
- 1 medium mild onion (or 1/2 large)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- some oregano (a pinch of fresh leaves)
- lots of basil (a good sized wad of fresh leaves)
Mix everything together and let sit for at least an hour before serving. This will be difficult.
