Things that must get done before I depart
Documents
- Community Court Timesheets, email front desk and convert it to .odt from doc and put it on deadtrees.
- Oct Project-get the last of the random 2000-2006 documents filed. Look into some kind of categorizing library system to track documents. Need to estimate the amount of volunteer time to do data entry and the potential benefits of having such a system in place.
- Schedule a regular volunteer
- Clean out Deadtrees
- Make sure all recycled systems are entered into the database.
- Look into insurance quotes for vehicle. IP (action has to answer my email)
