Policy

Staff to agree on ....

To ensure that a collective member is not financially incapacitated by being selected for jury duty:

  • The hours spent at jury duty do not count as Vacation hours
  • Free Geek will make up the difference between his/her normal daily salary (from days he/she would normally work) and the compensation provided by State or Federal Treasury for jury duty.
  • Free Geek pays collective members their regular wages or salary while on jury service on the condition that he or she turns over the daily fee for service to Free Geek.
