Talk:Questions for end of life recyclers

A couple o more questions here could be: 1) Have you ever been audited by an outside company? Can I have a copy of this audit?(at this point it is important to let them know that the information will be handled confidentially, as is business standard) 2) Does your company have any certifications, such as ISO 14001 or other? ( I know it really means that they do their paperwork, but also shows that there is some accountability)

And under 6): If a company says no to the basic of handing over a Bill of Lading, I wouldn't even negotiate any further.
