- Volunteer management
- General workload management
- Better communication

- person to person (when things get difficult, too easy to avoid and become passive aggressive)

- How to increase income to better compensate ourselves

Most people seem to think we can take on two of the above, but not much more. One topic could fill up a whole day, but our time might be better spent on two topics, one in the morning, one in the afternoon.
