  - Serge's Role Improving Processes and Backend
    - Better documentation on broken drive wipers
    - Setting up generalized stations to do many tasks at the same station
    - Documentation oversight & proofreading
  - E-Beth Volunteer Recruitment and Training
    - Edit the A.T. google calendar and white board. (1st week of every month)
    - Help coordinate Volunteers and Interns with short goals meetings, monthly focus and training on whiteboard.
    - Price vs. Time vs. Reuse - priorities in Advanced Testing. (ask to get this on the next sales meeting agenda, eBeth & Serge will both go)
