Staff agreed on this wording at their meeting on Apr 4, 2008.

  • To ensure that a collective member is not financially incapacitated by being selected for jury duty:
  • The hours spent at jury duty do not count as vacation hours
  • Free Geek pays collective members their regular wages or salary while on jury service on the condition that he or she turns over the daily fee for service to Free Geek.
