My thoughts are that it looks fine, as far as laying out the thrift store responsibilities. I think we should have a larger discussion about where we need help other than the store. I need for Leah to continue to work at least the hours she currently has in the thrift store, plus the additional 2-3/week for admin/meeting time. I'm imagining 26 store hours/week.

I'd like to see her non-store work spelled out, including the number of hours. We can always change it later if our priorities change. Tonyc
