Sarah Crump
I joined Free Geek in July 2011 for a one-year stint as a Non-profit Apprentice (NPA), and then continued on for an extra couple of months as a Staff Trainer and to help run Free Geek's summer camp.
What I'm working on:
- The continual improvement of Receiving, Prebuild, and the Front Desk
- Responding to volunteer needs (via Inreach)
- Planning volunteer appreciation events
- Developing staff training processes/orientation resources
