The Intel "Brooksdale" 82845G integrated video chipset has a known bug with the kernel utilized by Ubuntu 10.04 "Lucid Lynx" that can freeze a system upon loading the X Windowing Environment. For this reason, machines that fit under Freekbox specifications with the Brooksdale chipset will be recycled upon recognition except when a working AGP interface is available on the motherboard. If such an interface is available, a videocard not exceeding 128MB of VRAM will be installed and the machine will be passed through a typical Assembly and QC.
