Imagine if a disgruntled ex-staffer decided to sue Free Geek and we needed to point out our policy (at the time that person was hired) in court. Printing out a copy from time to time and filing it away somewhere might stand up in court better. Keeping all the policies in a single document would make that easier to do. For instance we could print out a copy whenever we hire someone, and get everyone on staff to initial that they agree to it. So I think it's better to leave it as is. | ||

Would anyone object to makeing this page a list of manditory links for new staff members to read and understand. Then print out the list and sign the bottom and date (along with there two buddies).
