This page can be used for planning future "Core BBQ's" (yum!). This is a way for Free Geek staff to show our deep appreciation for all that our volunteers do for the Free Geek community, the environment and our world.

hot dogs - 100 (we already have 50 turkey franks & 25 beef franks) MK

pickles (we already have these)
ketchup - (we already have this)
mustard (we already have this)

ice cream bars- Ali

paper plates
plastic forks (we have about 50)

BEVERAGE

leftover from last month

13 Fruit Punch

get charcoal

Friday daytime

get ice, put keg on ice - ALI
grill prep
food prep (cut onions & tomatoes, wash lettuce, tray 'em up)
set-up

bring these outside: tables, chairs, cutlery, napkins, plates, garbage & recycling cans, water cooler, & cups

during the BBQ

present Volunteer Rewards
grilling (needs multiple people)

afterwards

cleanup

move tables & chairs back inside, pick up any leftover garbage, etc.

TOTAL COSTS

September 2007: $124.25

(note: we already had a number of items on hand and it turned out that we didn't have enough food)

May 2008: $178.16 groceries attained by MK, $20.65 potato salad, $35 from Ali + $35 beer Jacob
