Puropse
The purpose of this page is to provide feedback to the Thrift Store on potentially preventable returns and how to prevent them in the future.
Issues
Wifi Issues
Problem: Laptop returned because it was not able to connect to wifi
Assessment: QC sheet states external wifi. External wifi card not present with returned laptop
Possible Solution: Make sure that external wifi is still with laptop when it is sold

Possible Solution: Look for physical switch and make sure that it in the on position. N.B. you also need to check for a keyboard soft switch accessible via the function key as it works on some of the regular models we stock.
