Contractor

The following definition is from the staff-created policy on staff members acting as contractors, which was created during the collab era.

A contractor is someone who, outside of ongoing waged or salaried work, is
being paid by Free Geek for work. This includes people contracting through
third party organizations and people contracting directly with Free Geek.

Contractors are one category of Free Geek employees, as distinct from collective members and interns.
