List of Stuff to do in my Spare Time
- Clean out Deadtrees
- Create Old Stuff folder with the help of someone very smart and good
Sort out Locked Filing Cabinet in Monkey House- Create standardized procedure for doc flow (starting with matching up Calbag Metals) Look at Receiving and Paying Bills
- Make sure all donations that should be getting a thank you are getting just that. Look at RT tickets every fourth Thursday.
- Edit Build Schedule (put space at the top so people can actually see the times at the top) and create a Post Build Schedule
Front Desk
- Add info about reimbursement, IOU and transfer on wiki (search again just to be sure it is not there already).
- Create a volunteer training program for Front Desk and Store cashiers
- Constantly remind people about using the shift notes
Outreach
- Find Outreach flyers and put a link to outreach flyers on volunteer recruitment page
- find a place on azdos under usr/local/groups, put under outreach, maybe create a catalog thingy...then the store could go there and order.
- create file folder with tee ordering info
- Call IRCO to schedule tour and meeting IN PROGRESS (will happen sometime in Feb or March)
