The borrow book is used to keep track of gizmos people borrow from us. The items usually recorded on a tracking sheet are as follows:

  • projector
  • books from library
  • miscellaneous items such as wireless print server

The borrow book has a tracking sheet that requeires the following information:

  • borrowers full name
  • geek membership number
  • staff initials of person who authrized the borrowing
  • Type and/or number of gizmo
  • reason for checking out gizmo (ex. for testing)
  • date borowed and date returned
  • area where gizmo was returned .i.e. library

NOTE: The borrow book should be checked once a week for books listed. Librarian will call on status of books borrowed and get them back if needed.
