Who do I talk to about...

buying something that is not in the store?
  • First make sure you check with the people in the store, but beyond this it is handled by the Production Coordinators. Talk to Dave, Jeff or Matteo.
getting a laptop
  • Laptops are sold in the store on a first come - first serve basis. There are no special channels.
an injury
  • Talk to any staff person.
help with my computer
  • Talk to Tech Support during official hours (T, W F Sa, 3-6 PM) or send an email to "support@freegeek.org", or call the main number (503-232-9350), option 5, and leave a message anytime.
