- Testing oddball equipment
- Listing and selling items online
- Packing and shipping sold items
- Continually trying to make Online Sales an easily-volunteerable area (a Sisyphean task, let me tell you!)

- Clarifying documentation
- Being the man with the final answer
- Researching (and occasionally solving) crazy PPC issues
- Working on improving staff involvement in area
- Hardware Grants
- Coordinating appointments with grant recipients
- Playing hatchetman (denying grant requests)
- Taking on the weirder grant requests the average volunteer/staff member doesn't have the technical knowledge to shepherd
- Creating clear documentation to improve volunteer involvement
- Miscellaneous
- Permaflotation; covering shifts in every area of the building
