Phones we don't like
- LG
- LGIC VX9800 = no master clear so you need to go in and erase all voicemail, text messages, ect. All contacts be deleted by hand. Nice phone but personal data issues with manual erase.
- LG VX3300 = no master clear, definitely not worth the time even thought this offers delete all contacts.
- Samsung
- SCH-A870 = No master clear
- SGH-D407 = No master clear
Testing
- Does it have a battery?
- Grab the advanced testing power cord for blackberries and charge the battery.
- Does it turn on?
- remove the battery to find the model number
- google search "data erase, brand and model number"
