- The borrow book is used to keep track of gizmos people borrow from us. The items usually recorded on a tracking sheet are as follows
- projector
- books from library
- regular gizmos such as laptop, keyboard, etc.
- miscellaneous items such as wireless print server
- games on dvd-see Dave H of build
- other items which are taken home to fix and will be returned
- The borrow book has a tracking sheet that requires the following information
- borrowers full name
- geek membership number
- staff initials of person who authorized the borrowing
- Type and/or number of gizmo (put book title here instead)
- reason for checking out gizmo (ex. for testing)
- date borrowed and date returned
- area where gizmo was returned .i.e. library
- NOTE
- The borrow book should be checked once a week for books listed. Librarian will call on status of books borrowed and get them back if needed.
