[Kevin falls over.]
Instead, here is how we made Cheese Sauce.
Make a roux. We used canola oil, a little olive oil, and two large scoops of hydrogenation-free margarine, then added flour until it was roux-like.
Make it into a bechamel. You can use water, almond milk, or soy milk, but we used soy milk. Then add the following spices
- black pepper
- oregano
- thyme
- basil
- rosemary
- 2 Tb of apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tb of almond butter
