List of Stuff to do in my Spare Time

  • Clean out Deadtrees
    • Create Old Stuff folder with the help of someone very smart and good
    • Create a Post Build Schedule
    • SVN tricks:
      • Edit the FG contacts page on urs/local.
      • Change specs on the adoption sheet.
  • Create standardized procedure for doc flow (starting with matching up Calbag Metals) Look at Receiving and Paying Bills
  • Create a template to e-mail to big corporate donors that will explain our receiving and payment procedures.
  • Make sure all donations that should be getting a thank you are getting just that. Look at RT tickets every fourth Thursday.

Front Desk

  • Add info about reimbursement, IOU and transfer on wiki (search again just to be sure it is not there already).
  • Create a volunteer training program for Front Desk and Store cashiers
  • Constantly remind people about using the shift notes
  • Wiki-add the page instructions to the phone howto.

Outreach

  • Find Outreach flyers and put a link to outreach flyers on volunteer recruitment page
  • find a place on ryukan under usr/local/groups, put under outreach, maybe create a catalog thingy...then the store could go there and order.
  • create file folder with tee ordering info
  • Work on tour by adding my favorite interesting facts and practice often. Look at Tour Howto discussion page.
