List of Stuff to do in my Spare Time
Documents
- Sept Project-get the last of the random 2000-2006 documents filed. Look into some kind of categorizing library system to track documents. Need to estimate the amount of volunteer time to do data entry and the potential benefits of having such a system in place.
- Clean out Deadtrees
- SVN tricks:
- Update Adoption Packet to correct the adoption class times, correct break info and put better special tasks ideas.
*Add a spanish link to website.
*Add EEO to website (look at HR minutes)
- Create standardized procedure for doc flow (starting with matching up Calbag Metals) Look at Receiving and Paying Bills
- Create a wiki page with instructions on handling pre-paid, invoice, ect.
*Create an orientation for front desk intern check list on the wiki.
Front Desk
- Create a volunteer training program for Front Desk and Store cashiers with Richard and Michael
- Write up job description for SMS intern for front desk bag and volunteer check in.
Outreach
- Find Outreach flyers and put a link to outreach flyers on volunteer recruitment page
- find a place on ryukan under usr/local/groups, put under outreach, maybe create a catalog thingy...then the store could go there and order.
- Work on tours wiki page and incorporate Kathie's feedback.
- Do annual report.
