Basic Gist
- Documentation:
- it makes everyone's job easier because we all know what to do and what needs to be done
- it monkey-proofs tasks
- it preserves institutional memory (what if a piano falls on you?)
- Volunteer Coordination
- recruit and retain appropriate volunteers for post-build, production area (strategy for doing this AND actually doing it)
- manage volunteers to keep them appropriately on task in production areas
- Other
- figure out what to do in all the areas (train)

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and retain appropriate volunteers for production areas (Build, Laptops, Macs, Advanced Testing, Printer reuse)
