Basic Gist

• Documentation:

• it makes everyone's job easier because we all know what to do and what needs to be done
• it monkey-proofs tasks
• it preserves institutional memory (what if a piano falls on you?)

• Volunteer Coordination

• recruit and retain appropriate volunteers for post-build, production area (strategy for doing this AND actually doing it)
• manage volunteers to keep them appropriately on task in production areas

• Other

• figure out what to do in all the areas (train)
• document the hell out of it all
• participate in other non-production committees, but don't get over-involved
