Proposed [1] - Decided October 3d 2008 staff meeting

We get lots of large items and/or interesting items (e.g. server racks).

When Free Geek comes into possession of a large and/or interesting ewaste item, Receiving is to first ask someone in Production what to do with it. Production is then to decide on its reuse potential. If the item is not to be reused production will coordinate with recycling. If the item is to be Reused it can only be stored in places zoned for Production, and not disrupt the daily flow of people and gizmos through those places. A note will be added to all items stating there planned future, and who's responsible. (Items can not stay indefinitely.)
